Conversation With Women in the Sickle Cell Community
Sickle Cell Project of NW Ohio at Neighborhood Health Association, West Central Ohio Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center at Dayton Hospital, and Ohio Sickle Cell and Health Association Presents: “Conversation With Women in The Sickle Cell Community”, a conversation with Women of Color and their perspectives on their experiences in the workplace, racism, implicit biases, parenting, mental health, etc.
This event includes a panel of Women of Color who are working in the sickle cell community or living with sickle cell. We wanted to have a platform for women to express their perspectives as the community needs to be aware of their experiences. There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the panel and gain insight from a woman’s perspective.
